Andy Harwood – Director:
Our story began on a large farming estate in the Lincolnshire Wolds, where our founder, Andy Harwood, discovered his passion for country life and field sports. Drawn away by the flashing blue lights of the police service, Andy initially joined the Metropolitan Police Service before returning to his roots in Lincolnshire. His career as a detective involved many major investigations, and through his service he developed the following transferrable skills to bring to the company:-

Approaching the end of his police service, he retrained, converting a hobby he loved into a new career in pest control. Andy gained his RSPH Level 2 qualifications, and became registered with BASIS Prompt for continued professional development, and in doing so founded the company with a commitment to excellence. His unwavering promise is to provide the very best service and strive for complete satisfaction.
Today, our company has grown into a team of six dedicated professionals, and has transformed into a limited company. This growth reflects the drive and passion for excellence and success and the company continues to flourish, with five star reviews across the board.

John Platts – Pest Control Technician
John recently joined us after retiring from the police force on a full time basis. John receives multiple five star reviews for his friendly and efficient services. John is fully trained, passing all his qualifications with flying colours.

Kevin Williams - Pest Control Technician
Kev joined us after retiring from the police force. Kev is an experienced technician of four years, making use of his previous farming and detective experience to assist with client matters.

- RSPH Level 1 – safe use of rodenticides
- Woodworm Treatments
- Bird Technician
- Basic DBS
Lucas Talbot - Pest Control Technician (previous)
Lucas worked for the company for three years on a part time basis alongside his honours degree in Architecture. After graduating with a first class, Lucas has now left the company to pursue his career, but we would like to take this opportunity to thank him for his time and service with the company, and wish him every success in the future.
Pesty – Chief Security Officer and Pest Retriever
Meet Pesty, paws-itively amazing pest control expert! With a nose for trouble and a tail that never quits, Pesty has been sniffing out pests and winning hearts since he first joined our team in 2021. When Pesty isn’t busy sniffing out pests, he’s on high alert, keeping an eye on our premises and making sure everything is in tip-top shape.
